The retro room welcomes all students to come in and start playing, offering a break from the daily stresses of school life.
Feel free to bring your friends as many of our games are multiplayer. After all, nothing's like classic couch co-op or 4-player arcade cabinet gaming!
A connection to history
The retro room is a interactive experience that lets students experience older technology. By engaging with these games students will gain a deeper understanding of limitations present in the tech industry during the 70s, 80s and 90s. After their experiences in the retro room we hope students will begin to think about how they can overcome challenges or optimize their own projects.Student Work
In the retro game dev program students will create games for our retro consoles. Students will also have the opportunity to flash their games onto a NES-cartridge, allowing them to be played on the classic hardware.
